In this workshop, participants will learn the framework of diversity and inclusion including (1) how to distinguish between diversity and inclusion (2) identifying unconscious bias and (3) strategies for fostering inclusion and trust. This workshop will present practical tools for building a workplace environment conducive to everyone’s growth. Participants will learn how we are all the same yet different, and how to navigate differences in the workplace as they lead beyond the optics.
