I live by the mantra, “Go Big or Go home.” I’m a visionary, big picture strategist, results- oriented, no excuses, quick decision maker (but thoughtful) and yes that drives me to empower you to be high-capacity in whatever you do.

Gone is the day of ‘average’. What I know for sure is that no one begins life where they are going to be. The choices we make are reflected in the pages of our lives and organizations. They determine the impact and influence we have in the world. That means that our choices must be deliberate, intentional, considerate and inclusive of others.

Time is your greatest commodity.  We all get 168 hours in a week and 24 hours in a day.  How we utilize that time determines the success of our life purpose.  You can make more money but you can’t make time; once it is gone, it’s gone.  Consequently, we must make every day purposeful and every moment count.  We have a greater responsibility as leaders to use our time well as we are responsible to people other than ourselves.

    Welcome to my tips on negotiation. After thirty years of legal practice and countless negotiations, I have decided to share some tips with you that will assist you in every area of your life. You see, we negotiate every day with our spouses, children, supervisors, business clients, customers, and the list goes on. There are many levels of negotiation, but the tips you will receive here, can be implemented in your daily life.

    Research shows that women negotiate just as well as men EXCEPT when it comes to negotiating for ourselves…so welcome, ladies, to a brand new world. Harvard Business recognized negotiation as a top skill needed by leaders so in the process, we will be upleveling our leadership skills.

    You will receive a bi-weekly negotiation tip with a call to action. If you begin to utilize the tips, you will become more confident in asking and getting what you want.
