Most of us remember the “Wizard of Oz” where Dorothy is trying to find her way home and she is told to follow the yellow brick road to find the great “oz” who would tell her how to get home. Dorothy begins a journey in which along the way she picks up a scarecrow who needs a brain, a lion who needs courage, and a tin man who needs a heart. How applicable this is to leaders, coaches and mentors. This month we will explore all three areas on the Yellow Brick Road
