In the law, we say ‘lady justice is blind’ but the 21 Century High-Capacity woman cannot afford to be blind. As women leaders; as CEO’s, business executives, wives and mothers, it is important that we pay attention to every aspect of our lives. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced professional, intelligent, powerful women leaders over the course of my 30+ year legal career become incapacitated and knocked off course by life’s most challenging moments without the necessary legal preparation to help them navigate situations that threatened their lifestyle and livelihood.

This new addition to High-Capacity woman Is designed to bring you information about the legal implications of choices we make or neglect to make as women that can adversely affect our lives. It is important to be “woke” at all times and legally prepared not only in establishing our businesses but legally aligning our personal lives for success. The unexpected may happen but the prepared will navigate the terrain because of intentional preparation.
